Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables of your choice.
Will it get done if I use oatmeal instead of bread crumbs
Can I use oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs?
I have used quick cooking oats in my meat loaves for years. I see no reason why they won’t work just as well on the GF Grill . You may need to add one minute, but usually 1/2 cup of oatmeal does the trick. You are using it with the egg to create a binding effect in your meatloaf. Good luck!
