Here’s an easy recipe that you can whip together in no time for delicious pork chops with your own homemade BBQ sauce. The BBQ sauce and pork go hand in hand together and create a wonderful smokey, sweet and tangy flavor that is tasty and scrumptious. Feel free to adjust the ingredients to your particular taste. This basic recipe will get your started and will make an outstanding sauce for your BBQ pork chops!
Ingredients:
- 2 6oz pork chops (boneless and center-cut) 1/2 inch thick or less
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Total time:1 hour 15 min – Prep time:1 hour 10 min – Cook time:5 min – Serves:2 people

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except pork chops in a baking dish. Be sure to mix well for couple of minutes so all ingredients blend together and sugar dissolves. Add pork chops to the sauce. For best results, pierce with a fork a few times so sauce can penetrate the meat. Let sit for an hour covered in the fridge for even more flavor.
Preheat your Foreman Grill for at least 5 minutes. Use high setting if your grill has it. Grill pork chops for at least 4 minutes and check for doneness.
Serve immediately. Great with coleslaw!
