Quick and Easy Grilled Turkey Melt Recipe

Why settle for a regular turkey sandwich when you can make an easy delicious grilled turkey melt right on your George Foreman Grill?

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces sliced deli turkey breast
  • 2 slices bread white, whole wheat, whatever you have
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • ½ tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 tablespoon margarine

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your Foreman Grill for 5-10 minutes on high with lid closed.
  • Assemble your sandwich but don’t put condiments or mayonnaise on.
  • Spread margarine on outside of both slices of bread and place sandwich on your George Foreman Grill. Press down lid with moderate pressure (not too hard) to press all ingredients nicely together.
  • Grill for approximately 4 minutes or until bread is nicely toasted and cheese is melted.
  • Remove from grill and spread inside of sandwich with mayonnaise.

Notes

  • Feel free to mix things up a bit with types of bread, cheese, condiments, etc.
  • A delicious additional ingredient is cooked bacon slices, which can be added prior to grilling the turkey melt sandwich.
