Easy & Tasty Grilled Peppers on a Foreman Grill Recipe
Grilling peppers on your Foreman Grill is an easy and quick process. When grilled, they feature a very rich and sweet taste with just enough zing to really liven up a meal.

1 green pepper 1 red pepper ½ tablespoon olive oil ¼ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Cut tops off of peppers and take out seeds and stems.
Slice the peppers into lengthwise pieces and cut again to desired size – depending on how you plan to use them.
Add pepper pieces with remaining ingredients in a Ziploc bag and mix well so that the pepper pieces are well coated.
Preheat your Foreman Grill, on high, for at least 5 minutes with the lid closed.
Carefully place peppers on grill and close lid.
Grill for approximately 5-8 minutes or until peppers have nice grill marks and are tender to the touch.
