Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together, except shrimp, in a shallow dish. Use a whisk on it for about a minute to make sure it’s all good and distributed well.
  • Add shrimp and coat well.
  • Cover and let marinade in fridge for at least 15 minutes. If you can let it sit for a couple of hours, even better.
  • Preheat your George Foreman Grill with the lid closed for at least 5 minutes. Use the high setting if you have it.
  • Place shrimp on the grill and close lid.
  • Grill shrimp for about 3-5 minutes. They’ll be firm to the touch and an opaque color when done.
  • Enjoy!
