1 pound fresh shrimp peeled and deveined 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 1 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoons salt 1 ½ teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon honey 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Mix all ingredients together, except shrimp, in a shallow dish. Use a whisk on it for about a minute to make sure it’s all good and distributed well.
Add shrimp and coat well.
Cover and let marinade in fridge for at least 15 minutes. If you can let it sit for a couple of hours, even better.
Preheat your George Foreman Grill with the lid closed for at least 5 minutes. Use the high setting if you have it.
Place shrimp on the grill and close lid.
Grill shrimp for about 3-5 minutes. They’ll be firm to the touch and an opaque color when done.
Enjoy!
