2 chicken breasts boneless skinless ¼ cup olive oil ½ teaspoon fresh chopped thyme ½ teaspoon fresh chopped parsley ½ teaspoon fresh chopped basil ½ teaspoon fresh chopped oregano ½ lemon juice salt and pepper to taste
Layout chicken breast on a flat covered surface and pound with a meat mallet to 1/2″–3/4″ thickness.
Place the chicken with all other ingredients in a plastic ziploc bag and let it marinate in the fridge for 1/2 hour or longer if desired.
Preheat your Foreman grill for 5 minutes.
Grill chicken until juices run clear or internal temperature of 165 degrees, approximately 3-5 minutes.
Remove from grill and let sit for 5 minutes.
Serve with fresh grilled vegetables.
